VASELINE.

Ingredients.

1. Jelly
2. Parafoil (thick type)
3. Paraffin wax – little
4. Glycerine   -little
5. Perfume eg pears or any of your choice.

Method of preparation.

Get a clearn dry pot not used for cooking, place it on fire, put in the jelly, paraffin oil, paraffin wax-little, Glycerine-little, then allow it to melt, after melting bring down and allow to cool a little, then add your desired perfume, stir and get a clean container and can it.

There you have your Vaseline as soon as it cools and sticks or thicken.

HAIR CREAM

ingredents.

1. Petroleum jelly
2. Paraffin wax
3. Paraffin oil
4. Colour(any of your choice)
5. Stearic acid – ½ table spoon
6. Perfume

Method of preparation.

Get a clean dry pot, place on for, pit in the petroleum jelly, Paraffin wax, paraffin wax, colour and stearic acid, stir and set down, ensure it doesn’t stay more  four minutes on fire. When set down, allow to cool for a munites then add your desired perfume, stir and still allowed to cool for two to three minutes then pour into hair cream can and close lid.

RUB

ingerdents.

1. Jelly
2. Paraffin oil
3. Candle wax
4. Industrial comphor
5. Menthol.

Method of preparation

Get a clean dry pot on fire, put in the jelly, oil, candle wax, industrial comphor and menthol.

When they must have dissolved well, for about three to four minutes, bring it down from the fire to cool for about two to three minutes. Then you may now can, avoid leaving it for a long period, for the fragrance may go off. So can and close.

BABY OIL 

Ingredients

1. Paraffin oil
2. Jelly
3. Stearic acid – a little
4. Comphor – a little
5. Perfume (any of your choice)

Methods of preparation

Using a clean dry pot, place on fire, put in the paraffin oil, jelly. Then all allow to melt, after which you bring down and add stearic acid -little, comphor and perfume.

DUSTING POWDER

Ingredients

1. Calcuim carbonate – 1kg
2. Menthol – 2 table spoons
3. Industrial comphor – 2 table spoons.

Methods of preparation

Get a clean dry bowl, put in the menthol and industrial comphor together touching each other and it begins to dissolve after which you pour in the sieved calcium carbonate, mix together and sieve, ready to use.

You also use this method by mixing the three items together, grind and sieve well.

BAR SOAP

Ingredents 

1. P.K Oil
2. Colour
3. Causaric soda (fermented)
4. Silicate
5. Light soda ash
6. Foaming agent
7. Soap gum
8. Sodium sulphate
9. Perfume

Method of preparation

Pour in the P.K oil into a bucket, mix colour separately with little P.K oil and pour it in, stir, add the caustic soda, silicate, soda ash, foaming agent, soap gum, sodium sulphate and perfume.

At each addition, keep turning. Then pour into the soap mould, level it, allow to dry little then remove the mould and still allow it to keep drying. There you have your bar soap.

MEDCATED HAIR CREAM 

Ingredents

1. Petroleum jelly
2. Paraffin wax
3. Paraffin oil -little
4. Colour (yellow)
5. Stearic acid
6. Menthol
7. Comphor
8. Peppermint oil
9. Perfume
10. Perfume

Method of preparation

Dissolve all on fire, then set down and add perfume, you can it after you have cooled for two minutes.

MEDICATED SOAP

Ingredients 

1. P.K. Oil
2. Colour
3. Caustic Soda
4. Soda ash
5. Silicate
6. Foaming agent
7. Soap gum
8. Detol
9. Thickener – a little
10. Carbolic acid – little

Method of preparation

Ferment the caustic soda, Soda ash and thickener, as you were told while preparing bar soap. When they are ready. Get clean plastic bowl, pour in the two cups  of P.K.O, add colour, stir, add caustic soda, soda ash, silicate, foaming agent, carbolic acid, soap gum, perfume, thickener, glycerine, store all together then stamp it if you are using it for commercial purpose. Ensure you mix intervally.

BLEACH

ingredents

1. H.T.H  – ½ cup
2. Caustic soda – ¼ cup (fermented)
3. Soda ash – ¼ cup (fermented)
4. Amonia  – ¼ cup
5. Water  – 10 to 20 cups

Method of preparation

Ferment caustic soda, soda ash differently. Then get a container, put water in a container, add HTH (chlorine) soda, amoni and stir, allow to settle for twenty-four hours (24hrs) and filter in container and cover.
