Asuu strike: Court Adjourn Case to 16th of September

Amids of the Asuu strike of which federal government drag the striking academic staff to court owning due to failure to resume since of February 14th 2022.

The court adjourn the case till September 16th 2022.

Justice polycap Hamman adjorned the matter to enable both the federal government and the striking members academic staff of university union (Asuu) to file  the necessary papers for the suit.

According to newsupdate247, the statement by the head of the press and public relation at ministry of labour and employment, Olalide Oshundu, said the matter was on Thursdays 8th September, referred to the registrar of NICN by the minister of labour, Chris Ngige.

The prolonged strike by the striking members, Academic staff Union of University will be presented and be trial on September 16th 2022.
